Our company guarantees a specific day in our schedule to clean your home, but not a specific time. It is critical to consider the possibility of delays in order to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and cleaning staff. Therefore we have established a tolerance of 1 hour for any delays.
the date of service. If a scheduled cleaning is not rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours, a 50% fee will be required. Exceptions are made based on emergency.
Prices for each cleaning are determined per weekly, biweekly or monthly whichever plan you choose requires a different time demand to complete each job. For this reason, when canceling, I ask for your understanding to add the $50 amount to your next cleaning. When canceling your weekly cleaning, for example, it will be biweekly in the next cleaning, requiring more time dedicated by our team.
We accept payments in cash, through apps like Venmo, by check or through the Zelle service. Regardless of the form chosen, payment will be due at the end of the service.
In case you are not available to receive the cleaning team in person, there is the option to leave the payment at the kitchen counter of your home.

Aiming at the safety of our cleaners, we have established some physical limits during the service. Our professionals are not allowed to lift objects weighing more than 201bs.
This measure will not interfere with the results of the work, since most of the visible areas are easily accessible.
To minimize the risk of accidents, our cleaning technicians cannot climb more than a five-step staircase. However, to reach taller objects, we use a three- or six-foot extended duster, ensuring that all areas are properly cleaned.
If your home has tall objects that need a longer reach, feel free to provide a longer duster. This utensil will be used and left at your residence at each cleaning visit.
We appreciate your collaboration to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
The best results will be achieved with minimal or no traffic from people. We prioritize starting the cleaning of the upstairs, but it is at the discretion of the client to indicate unused areas to start the work. The areas in use during the cleaning process will not be cleaned, for example, our cleaners will not clean an office if it is in use.
In case you have any problem with our service, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours after cleaning, and, if possible, send us photos that prove your claim.
Our 100% satisfaction policy allows us to act promptly in case of dissatisfaction. We will send our team back to redo the service within five business days.
If the claim is made after the 24-hour period, the home will no longer be eligible for repair service and full payment for the service will be expected.
